Just a quick post to share one of my fave slow cooker recipes, Chicken Tacos.

- It’s low calorie/low fat
A word about this dish – if you’re serious about Paleo, or sodium intake, or avoiding ANYTHING processed, you can easily make your own tomato-based salsa vs. buying a jar of it. And you can also put together your own blend of taco seasoning vs. using a ready-made packet.
My tip: buy Low-Sodium Taco Seasoning packets
We serve this with hard & soft shell tortillas, diced tomatoes and lettuce, shredded cheese and sour cream, but you choose whatever works for your family. And the best part? Plenty of leftovers
