Spark Fitness’ purpose is simple: I’m here to help YOU achieve your personal fitness goals. Not only will you find the latest news, information, tips and helpful advice, but you’ll also find motivation and someone to be accountable to, to keep you going, even when you don’t always feel like it.
My name is Kristina, and my passion is fitness and nutrition. I’m not a one-size-fits-all person – whatever has worked for one person may not work for the next. But I do believe that what’s truly the consistent across all people who are successful in achieving their goals is the INTERNAL desire for change. I’ve seen it countless times – people will ask me how I stay in shape or what they can do to get back to the “size 4 they used to be in High School”. At the end of the day, it all comes down to what you want more. You need to WANT to change more badly than you want to….watch that TV show, eat that cinnamon bun, go to the mall, spend the time on someone else, instead of yourself.
While I have been active most of my life, I did find myself gaining weight and decreasing my fitness levels throughout University and in my early 20’s. By the time I was engaged, I wasn’t happy with my physical fitness or appearance, I had gained 15+lbs plus I seemed to be tired ALL THE TIME. Then I saw the P90X infomercial, and I knew it was the challenge I needed to get in shape for my wedding day. After I was married, I admit I let myself slack…the winter took it’s toll, and vacationing and Christmas hit me hard! I needed something to get myself back on track, so I decided to give Insanity a try. Boy was I hooked! After completing 1 Round of Insanity (60 Days), I was SO impressed with the results, I did a second Round right away. Here are my Day 1, Day 60 and Day 120 photos. These are the results photos I submitted to get my FREE Insanity T-shirt (ask me about how you can get yours too!) and ended up getting me into the Infomercial — WOOT!
I am a proud Independent Beachbody Coach, but I started out as a Beachbody customer just like you. I’m located right here in Toronto, Canada, helping people locally, and across the continent and beyond. From Insanity, to P90X, to Brazil Butt Lift and anything in between, I’ve got some helpful advice to get you started and the motivation to keep you going.
