How to Pick the Right Program
The BEST program is the one that YOU will STICK with, period. It doesn’t matter if it’s the most intense workout ever, or a beginner program, it won’t work for you if you don’t PUSH PLAY everyday.
The most important information that can help me guide you to a program that’s the best fit for you is to understand your GOALS. What is it that you want to ACHIEVE? Give that some serious thought, and LET’S CHAT, so we can find the best program for you.
However, I wanted to pull together a helpful guide if you’re still researching, to help you narrow down your search.
Below is a visual representation of the most popular BeachBody programs, and shows you which ones are more geared towards strength training, cardio or mixed.
NOTE: This isn’t an absolute scale! For example – ChaLean Extreme does have a cardio component to the program. However, it does show you a general overview to help get you started.
