One of our favourite dinners in our household, baked Spaghetti Squash Chicken Parmesean. If you’ve never had spaghetti squash, it cooks up into strands and is a great replacement for normal pasta noodles – saving you all those “bad carbs”. It’s delicious and really easy to make, promise.
